10. Add the parameters you would like to display in this window. Select a cell in the gray area in Figure 7.
Click on the “Add” button. The window in Figure 8 will appear.
Figure 8. Tables and Parameters
11. Figure 8 shows the tables and fields in each table. The public table will show all the public parameters
defined as “Public” in your program as in Appendix-A and B. The “Digiqrtz” table shows the values of
parameters logged most recently. To see how the program works, add parameters from the “Public” table
and the “Digiqrtz” tables as in Figure 9. In Figure 9, the parameters on the left are public variable; the ones
on the right are parameters from the “Digiqrtz” table defined in the program.
Figure 9. Verifying data logger operation real-time
12. If all of the public parameters (the group on the left above) are updating periodically, this means your
program is communicating with your instrument and reading data. If the parameters from the “Digiqrtz”
table are updating periodically, this means the program is also logging data.
13. At this point, you can exit from the program and let the CR1000 continue logging data. To set the logger
into delayed logging mode, use the “EZSetup” software that comes with LoggerNet. See software user’s
manual to explore the details of the EZSetup option.
14. To download logged data to your PC, again use the “Connect” program and click on the “Collect Now”
button in the “Data Collection” group. This option allows you to download the data to a text file. This text
