Hop Count

Indicates how many routers the packet passes through from source to

destination.

Priority

Indicates a packet’s importance from 0 to 3. 3 indicates highest priority.

Transaction Number

Indicates a server serialized transaction number. This number follows a packet

through to the destination and appears in response packets. For example a hello

command packet might have transaction number 58. The hello response packet

would also indicate a transaction number of 58. This helps the user track

command and response.

There are various other indicators associated with Collect Data and other

packets.
